Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GBPHive ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GBPHive provides tools to manage Google Business Profiles, track local search rankings, manage reviews, and view analytics from connected Google services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
• Resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or manipulate reviews in ways that violate Google's policies.

4. Google integrations

When you connect Google accounts, you authorize GBPHive to access and act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time. You agree to comply with Google's terms when using GBPHive features that interact with Google services.

5. Subscription and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.

6. Trial

Free trials are limited in duration and features. We may end trials at our discretion.

7. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GBPHIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
